Ever since updating to iOS 9 my iPhone 6's volume drops from time-to-time in Spotify, Instacast, and Apple's own Music app. It doesn't drop completely out but gets very quiet, and the only way to fix it is to shut the app down completely and reopen it. Has anyone else experienced this? Any fixes?

I've experienced this throughout iOS 8 and iOS 9. It could be fixed in iOS 9.1 because I haven't come across it yet (I'm running the latest beta).

Same here - although in another thread they say it's the Facebook app running in background which is causing the problem. Try closing the Facebook app from the multitasking view and see what happens

I've also had this problem on my 6 plus since june. Mostly happens when listening to music from the speaker on Spotify or using the Apple Music app.

Does this bug also affect audio playing through headphones? And can it be fixed in the way described above?
