Resolved Volume goes all the way up on its own

Hey so I have an iPhone 8 plus and the volume keeps going all the way up on its own. I tried restarting the phone but if anything its as if it’s got a mind of its own. Can anybody help?

Maybe something is causing the switch to stay engaged in the up position. I would put a drop of isopropyl alcohol around the edge of the switch and work it up and down to see if some crap might be in there..

it didn't work :/ i just decided to send it in for repair

Hopefully they sort it out for you, 8+ is a great phone.
