Volume issues... bug or hardware?

Is anyone having issues with adjusting volume? I'm having issues where my volume buttons don't do anything. Also, the volume slider has no effect on the level whatsoever. Only fix, is to restart my device.

Trying to figure out if this a hardware issue or because of the beta.

I'm having this issue. 15 Pro Max.

If I turn the volume down to about 10% in Settings > Sounds & Haptics, then lock and unlock a few times, the lock sound gradually gets back to full volume again.

Yesterday my volume buttons didn’t do anything either.
After a reboot it worked fine again.

I doubt dirt is being removed through a reboot

Yes, I have the same issue as well on my iPhone 15 PM (ver. 17.0.3), rebooting phone can temporarily resolve the issue, but sometimes it occurs again. I assume this is an software bug.
