iPod Volume limit disappeared?

I got some new earphones for my nano. Need to increase my volume over what my old limit was.

I know I set this when I first got my nano a few months ago. Today I can't find it anywhere. Online it tells me to look under Menu > volume limit.

There's no "volume limit" option there.

Anyone know what I'm missing?

You're absolutely right. I didn't have my iPod with me when I wrote the question. It is supposed to be under settings, but it's NOT there.

It's not anywhere I can find it.

Any suggestions?
