Vonage app - Vonagent

I am looking forward to the Vonage app, couldn't find much info, mostly speculation. Interesting page I found searching Google though, the page is down, but Google has it cached:

It says it is not a part of Vonage, so maybe this was just someone elses project? Doesn't look like it makes calls, but it does what I was looking for.


Edit: After searching a little bit more, it looks like this is an app for Jailbroke phones

VMeToo, an official App Store app supporting Vonage is now gone. I think Vonage is prepping to stage for the release of their product and doesn't want anyone else bonusing off their capability.

Interesting tidbit from the recently released vonage app:

"Introducing Vonage Mobile, a free app for your iPhone that uses cellular or WiFi networks to make international calls at incredibly low rates. Sound good? We think so."

How is it that the vonage mobile allows making calls via "cellular" network whereas the skype app does not? Seems like apple f'ed up approving this.
