Since it's hard to track posts and keeping a tally I am making a poll.

use this from shell to get your MemVendorID:

ioreg -l | grep ATY | grep Mem

Also folks. If you have purchased Apple Care, load up the Techtool deluxe off the CD in your Apple Care box and test your video ram. This may indicate something if you have one of the freezers.

Make sure your Techtool Deluxe is version 3.1.1, go get the update from Micromat if you need it.

mine is a 0600 no freezing and techtool deluxe says video RMA passes

There were folks here that could get theirs to freeze just by using a magnified dock and mousing over it continuously for a short period. I thought about adding some gaming options, but then it could get too complicated being that people might need to vote for more than one selection.
