VPN crushing download speed

using nord and the drop in speed is crushing from 100 mps to 5=10, sometimes above 20 but rarely, has anyone used the apple nord confiuration ike ? need to find a vpn that allows for decent streaming .....can go up to 200 mps on my end but dont know if it will help........any experiences ??

Can’t help but, I use Express VPN and my speed drops as well, but not a whole lot depending on the VPN location I use. On my iPhone, my battery drops as well.

A little drop in speed through a VPN is usually expected.

Not to the extent you are experiencing, though.

With Astrill I get a ~8% drop in upload/download.

A small speed drop can be expected while using a VPN. However it definitely should not be such a drastic drop in speed. ExpressVPN is excellent. Try reinstalling NordVPN.
