VPN shield... Anyone know of any?

Just wondering does anyone know for a VPN service thats free? Besides that Hotspot Shield.. it was working fine for me but in the last week i havnt been able to connect at all to it. i checked my settings/rebooted the phone and still nothing.

Would really like to be able to use a VPN in order to use pandora since im in Canada.
