I just got my new Mac Studio and I am trying to install WeVPN. I use this on my iPhone and old Mac. Was intel and want able to update to Monterey. When I go install WeVPN it installs an network VPN confine under network. But once I install it seems to kick me off internet on my computer. Until I remove the network config for the VPN internet will not work. This happens before I am able to even log into the app so I can’t even be at the point of trying to connect since I realize when I try to log in it fails since it can’t connect to any network. I am not sure if this is an M1 issue or Monterey issue or my specific Mac. since I don’t have any other M1 macs to test with. Not sure if anyone has seen anything similar?

It's not ready for M1 and need Rosetta! NordVPN is ready for M1 and works!

I'm currently using SurfShark since it's our family package and it does support M1 natively.

I do also have PIA and Surfshark. But when I reached out to wevpn they did say their app is M1 but the app does say intel. PIA also shows intel but does seem to work.... I am also trying to confirm there is nothing going on with my Mac but there app is the issue..

That because you use an old Intel Machine! The last current Mac Intel Mac is the Mac Pro that is die to be replaced the coming fall! I’m saying developers need to realize if that wants to sell to Macs, write at least Unversal!

Use WireGuard, it seems to be supported by WeVPN and it’s available for Apple Silicon

What you realize that VPm on M1 will much better if their at least Universal to run-in much cleaner and better on M1 or better machines! If developers don't realize that commerialware or shareware need to have AT LEAST Universal versions by this time!

Another Private Internet Access person here. Not Apple Silicone functional. Every time I think about switching providers they end up solving the issue triggering me.

PIA is not Universal yet but it works on M1 at least.

Not sure what's going on with WeVPN and there support.. Not very helpful.
