I wasn't sure where to put this, but I think vuze has been obstructing my connection to a web browser. I have been having this problem for a week or two and I discovered that when vuze is open I cannot connect to a web browser but when it is closed I have no problems. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I don't have any first hand experience with Vuze, but you could try this:
