I downloaded a video to use on my jailbroken iphone 3g. but how do i get it from my macbook to my iphone is there any easy ways thanks guys.

you need to convert it to the correct format for winterboard to accept and then place it in the correct folder for winterboard to recognise it.....

Download a Video wallpaper off cydia and then go to /Library/Themes/ and find the theme and copy it for your own theme...

By copy i mean use the same file formats and folder structure just replace the video with your own.
