Some Windows 8 laptops and PCs could end up running more Android apps than ones written for Microsoft's software.

This is for AMD powered Windows 8 x86 systems only, not ARM powered Windows Phone 8 handsets sadly.

Sadly this isn't true. Windows 8, not WP8. It's still cool news, just not for WP8 adopters.
