Hi, happens with El Capitan Beta 4,5 and 6. Experiencing a "big brush lag" while Painting a line with either Corel Painter or ArtRage2 (doesn't happen with Photoshop). Everything else works perfect: Movement, Pressure, Tilt, Rotation, etc. It's when drawing a line brush lags.

iMac (27-inch, Late 2013)
OSX 10.11 beta 6 (15A244d)
Wacom drivers 6.3.13-3 (6.3.13f3)
Corel Painter 2015
ArtRage2

I seems like a Wacom driver issue, and I know I should not use OSX Beta, just wanted to check if someone else is experiencing it and if someone knows where the root cause is: Wacom, OSX kernel, 3rd party software, etc..., before reinstalling everything, even OSX

Thanks a lot for your comments and sharing.

Regards,
Luis

Answering myself. Wacom support told me they are working on a new driver which will be available when El Capitan reaches FCS.

So, wait.

Thanks
Luis

Thanks for answering! But I now have the new Wacom driver and El Capitan and I'm still experiencing this with Corel Painter Essentials 5. Anyone having this/solved it?

Just wondering if you ever resolved this VERY frustrating issue? I updated to El Capitan a few days ago and the brush lag in Painter is killing me!

I talked to Wacom and they said there is a known issue with Corel Painter Essentials and El Capitan. In the meantime, I've downloaded the trial of Corel Painter 2016 which works fine for the most part. There are some brushes that still lag, but the vast majority are fine. Hope that works for you too!

Thanks so much. I also downloaded the 30 day free trial for Painter 2016. Hopefully Wacom fixes the problem before the 30 days is up because I'm not sure I like 2016 enough to upgrade.
