I am running CS4 and have a Wacom Intuos3, I am trying to define keystrokes shortcuts for the left and right buttons.

I have a problem as I am finding it impossible to display the following Command+ as I have a wireless keyboard without numberpad.
I have got Command- to display OK, but because the + sign is on top of the = sign it seems impossible to get plus sign to come up.

Can anyone suggest how I can sort this please as I reeally need this plus sign on other keystrokes.

what happens if you press command-shift-=? I expect it will show up as command-+ in the windows.
