hey everyone,
i have both a wahoo tickr fit and scosche+ heart rate monitor that my wife and i both use for running. we notice that the heart rate monitors pair with most apps EXCEPT for our apple health app and the nike run club app. we both have an iPhone Xs.
we are able to connect the heart rate monitors via settings > bluetooth, but the data does not write to the health app, only Runkeeper.
i've followed the instructions that both manufacturers give to pair the heart rate monitors, as well as the instructions in the nike run club app, but once the heart rate monitor is connected, both the health app and nike run club app do not recognize either device.
help?
