I use a website that has RSS.
I am waiting for a specific word to come up in the feed.(Something I want to buy)
What app do I need to follow the feed and then email me when the item - a word - pops up?

I'm using Feedly but I can't find a way to filter keywords.

Now that I think about it, I bet that's a subscription-only feature.

I did write a Mac console app that allows you to plug in an RSS feed URL and filter on keywords. If you're confortable with using Xcode I could send it to you.

That is beyond my expertise.

With this system set up how I want it, I stand to make about $10 per month.

It's not worth the subscription fee.
