Hey!
I need little help and I was hoping somebody can help me! So all my life I have used samsung phones and now im ready to buy my first apple phone. I dont wanna 8 I want 7 (*new one) right know I have this offer I can get the iphone 7/128gb at same that 7/32gb is sold. So the 32gb costs 699e. Should I get it and if the prices go down will they go down a lot after the 8 is released?

Any help is apprciated.

No one knows. But look at how much Apple is still selling 6S now. Even after iPhone 8 is out, the 7 won't likely be much cheaper than your deal now.

Why don't you want the newer tech? For similar money (and maybe less storage) you can have the next gen in a month.

It comes down to if you want the iPhone 7 now or if you're not interested in the new iPhone next month. If it were me, I would wait until September to see what the new iPhones have to offer.

Is there usually big diffrence on S models and the "normal" ones?

The "S" models are usually more refined internally with Ram, upgraded processor, etc. The "S" models physically usually incorporate changes with the camera, features like 3D Touch, Casing, etc. I wouldn't necessarily consider the "S" models major, at least not in comparison to the upcoming OLED model.

I would wait and see tho. Purchasing the older model right before the new one comes out is setting yourself up for buyer's remorse.

You know I was in a dilemma because I wanted the red iPhone. I didn't dare wait any longer because knowing my luck I'd hold out too long and find the red out of production altogether plus I would likely have lost the decent storage sizes. Apple used to claw away the larger mid storages and replace them with laughable storage sizes so I jumped all over it. I'd go for it personally as I can't imagine the 7S being a great deal different. If money is no object and I am jealous of people in that scenario then wait. I personally only went for the 7 as it is at this time limited edition to some degree.

You know what thats the situation im right know:D and dont wanna ever think about memory again... and the offer one is red color aswell. And yeah im not one of those people that have lot of money. And coming from bad android phone i wouldnt probably see diffrence between the 7 and the S model gotta see im 50/50 right know.

Hmm see I knew if I turned down red and such a large storage size I'd regret then having to get a smaller size. I'd value the higher storage over incremental (potential!) between 7 and an S model as I have 2 children and forever snapping pics and the beauty is I don't need to worry about storage for years! Plus I can get so many apps onto this thing and still have nearly 100gb free!! Thing is I know now no longer being on android now too I have a solid os (so far) and a sweet colour iPhone too. The 7 is the best phone I've had in years and surpassed my Samsung S6 and that was a good phone. Oh and battery for me on this this is so good to me!

Yes, the 7 will magically stop working and cause you to grow hair on your palms.
How are the 5s and 6 still working good? Thats the one thing i like about iPhone To compare to Samsung the old phones slow down much quicker.

I poached my wife's 5S before getting this 7 to see how I liked iOS again which I did. The 5S worked extremely well for a 4 year old device.

I just jumped on the red iPhone before apple pull it from production!

Often leading up to announcement of new iPhones retailers go nuts getting rid of old stock. Target will offer $100 gift card, for example.

If you can wait, then you'll find better deals where you get the price you're looking at now plus some bonuses.

Otherwise, if you know you'll be happy and not regret your purchase later, then go for it! There's nothing wrong with getting what you want without waiting for the best deal.

OP, its very simple decision -
1.You need new phone now - get whatever available, enjoy and move on.
2.You want to have the latest and the greatest - wait for the next release.

I agree 100% with this if you want the new gadget wait. I just got an iPhone 7 128gb at a decent price no buyers remorse here. The iPhone 7 fits all my needs apps, social media stuff I look at, memory and splash proof. I don't mind being a year or 2 behind the next big thing yes the 8 will probably be great but not that advanced to make my iPhone obsolete. If I like the 8 and what it offers I'll get it next year when there more available no need for me to be up @ 3am trying to order a phone then realize there backordered 3 weeks already. Nothing against the people that do that I'm just not that guy don't need it first.
