Google is being extremely annoying about this.

At the end of the day, it just makes me use YouTube less and use Tiktok more. Less advertising money for them.

For me I get a brief PIP and then it pops back to the webpage.

Got my notice yesterday about it going, however I did send feedback (not like it will matter) to tell them to quit treating iOS users as second class people. About time they leave it on permanently. If they take it away again I will be looking to possibly cancel my subscription.
