Got an IPhone X, FaceTime was working perfectly, then i had to leave my phone to my carrier for softoware restore during some crashes with Portrait mode on Camera, ever since they returned it to me factory restored i am stuck on Waiting for activation when trying to use FaceTime. Any ideas?

Itunes/App store singing out doesn't do a thing. I dont know how to sing out of Facetime i've never signed in to startwith

Nothing again
[doublepost=1524633320][/doublepost]An error occured during activation
[doublepost=1524633618][/doublepost]Is this my carrier's problem or is it the phone. I had my phone left to my carrier and they performed reinstall of the softroware ( i belive recovered it thourgh itunes), ever since numerous bugs keep happeing.
[doublepost=1524634106][/doublepost]Now imessage was working but after i restarted its not working as well there is this Caution mark that appeared on my messages.

I checked apple suggestions nothing works. So i should call my carrier right? Because i am using my phone number not my apple id for my FaceTime and imessages, or atleast thats how i am understanding it, so the problem should be with the carrier?

I'd follow what's suggested in Apple's support documentation.

i believe, it could be due the fact i changed my phone number the other day. Maybe itt took some time for it to reactivate :)
