well great. UPS lost my phone. Ordered iPhone XS silver 256 gb on 9/14. Received a date of 9/21 for delivery. Had it changed to deliver to UPS store near work since nobody would be home to sign for the phone. Date was changed to 9/24. It was stuck in the same place for 3-4 days. Filed a lost phone investigation and UPS admitted my phone was lost, possibly stolen along one of the routes. Last known location is south San Francisco. Spoke to a very nice specialist at Apple and They are sending me a replacement, I hope. This sucks that it happened.

Was going to have mine shipped to the UPS store as well but ill just home now :p
 
I usually do UPS CC and had no issues. Sorry to hear that OP, good luck.

Thank you! It’s just unfortunate that this happened but lesson learned. I don’t mind waiting a few days for my phone, as long as I get it. LOL but Apple customer service was more than helpful and is sending me out a brand new device. I hope whoever has my original phone has a great time with it!

Yea I'd be upset if that happened to me but glad that Apple is doing their part to send you a replacement. Good luck and hope you get it this time. How far are you from UPS CC? I know you choose UPS Store because you mentioned it was closer to you?

There’s a UPS store just a few steps from where I work, that’s why I chose that. The closest UPS CC I believe is about 20-30 mins from me. I don’t have a set work schedule (changes every week) so it was just more convenient to pick up at UPS store.
