Wake via WiFi from another computer

Hello,

I did some search around but cant fine an up-to-date answer to the following question.

My Mac is connected to my home network via WiFi. Is there a way to wake it from another computer over the internet?

Lets say i am at the office and i want to access some files that are on my mac back home. Is there an application or a product that can solve the problem.

I have tried several apps and none of them works.
