iphone XS Max. Could not believe they still had some available. Got to the store at 10:30am.

Easy peasy, no preorder. I never stay up till 3:00am to order. Always got a new iPhone just walking in no more than waiting just a few days for any of them.

Still easier to order online, but whatever works for the individual. I set an alarm this year for 2:59, email received at 03:02, back to bed.
