Wallet App Problem

My Amex is not showing any transactions in Wallet app. Have checked all settings, toggled settings on and off and deleted my card and reinstalled. Any advice would be appreciated.

I’ve noticed the same issue since the beta. I’ve not been able to get the transactions to appear but the Amex app has transaction notifications so I’ve gone ahead and just switched to using those. Would really like for the wallet app to start working again.

The funny thing is the Amex app gives you a warning about the wallet app potentially giving duplicate notifications:

Thanks for posting, good to know I am not the only one having issues with Wallet app! Least Amex app purchase notifications work. Suppose it will eventually get fixed.

Since updating to iOS 14, I am having issues with Amex purchase notifications. In the past I would get notifications of purchases made with my physical card or Apple Pay (my Amex is in my Apple Wallet). Since upgrading, I get no notifications. Turned on/off notifications...turned on/off notifications in my wallet and no luck. Also use to see transactions history for Amex in my Wallet and that’s gone too.

anyone else experience this? Know of a fix?

Sounds like the app needs updating to support iOS 14. Report back to the developers via social media.

Just confirming what you guys are experiencing. There is just a blank space below the card image now since updating to iOS 14. I'm sure this will get fixed in the near future, but in the meantime I've been using the purchase alert notification from the Amex app like Tferritto.

If one has a Watch, a work-around: transactions show on the Watch and in the Watch app.

Not surprised. Seems like Wallet always has issues on a new release (eg. have seen no notifications but can see transaction list).

Sadly, not showing up on watch or wallet on phone. Only lists purchases mad via Apple Pay. Sucks, I actually caught fraud on my Amex card twice because I received notification.

FWIW, I haven't updated to iOS 14 yet but Amex purchase notifications have either been delayed or not appeared at all for the past week or two.

Hello,

Anyone have a fix for this yet? Very annoying as I used this (like many others I assume) to monitor for credit card fraud. Actually caught fraud on my account a few years ago after getting a notification for a charge I did not make.
