I also noticed this in the 7+ I had. On the iPhone X is also happening. Even while "still", the wallpaper continues "perspective". Did anyone notice this?

It can not be normal. I selected "Still" and the wallpaper acts as if it were in "perspective". And this happens from time to time. I still have not noticed what causes this. Now, for example, the wallpaper is totally static. Do not move anything.

But it was not to have this move if I selected "still." Right now, my device is correct, he is not making this move. So it's a bug. Sometimes it does, sometimes it does not. And it's not the icons that move the wallpaper. In the video it appears to be the icons because there was a screen recording.

Coincidentally I've wiped out all the iPhone's open apps and it's not doing this any more.

You're right, those icons are definitely moving. . .Weird that I have never seen this on my X. In fact, I just played around in settings with reduce motion on/off and still can't seem to make mine do it.
In the screen recording it looks like it is the icons that are moving, but seeing through the device is the Wallpaper that moves, as if it were in the "perspective" option. It's a bug that there must be a trigger to activate it and I'm not finding out what it is.

Not sure what you are all taking about, but when you have chosen a still wallpaper and set it to still (not perspective), the icons most definitely should not move when moving your device around (without touching the screen of course). This is definitely a bug and not normal.

The funniest thing is that there are hours that occurs and there are hours that do not occur. I could not find a relationship yet. In the video gives the impression that it are the icons that are moving, but in fact it is the wallpaper that is moving as if it were "perspective" selected.
That is strange. The only think I can think of is maybe Low Power Mode toggling on and then off could be causing a bug where it tells the system to turn perspective (parallax effect) on for the wallpaper once you turn Low Power Mode off.
There had been a bug with iOS 11 in which turning Low Power Mode on and then off would cause Video Autoplay to turn on in App Store Settings.
This could be similar, though I tried testing it and could get the parallax effect at all when it was set to still.

Since my iPhone is not doing this bug right now, I can not test it. But I remember turning the Low Power Mode on and off for testing and the bug was there.
I know that when restarting the device this bug could happen!
I rebooted the iPhone several times and wiped the apps open until the bug was gone!
I noticed the bug in your video, but I cannot reproduce it. I am running 11.3 beta though. Maybe it’s fixed.

You have made the WALLPAPER still.
This is shown to be correct in the video.
The wallpaper IS NOT moving.
Icon movement has NOTHING to do with the wallpaper setting.
Reduce motion exists for this exact reason.

Sorry bud, but you couldn’t be more wrong. We are talking about the parralax effect of the icons that occurs when you set your wallpaper to “Perspective.” Here’s an excerpt from Apple’s support page regarding wallpaper.
“You can choose Perspective, so the wallpaper moves as you tilt your screen. Or you can choose Still, so the wallpaper doesn't move. The Perspective display option isn't available when Reduce Motion is on or when Low Power Mode is on.”

In the video there is this impression that who moves are the icons precisely because in VIDEO there is no way to simulate the movement of the wallpaper, but, as I said, when seeing the device, what moves is the wallpaper and not the icon.
If I select "still", it should behave as static rather than "perspective". Reduce Motion strips all the effects of the device, looking like we are in 1990. So I want to have the transition effects along with the static wallpaper. It's a bug for the reason that I'm not presenting the problemright now I recorded on my device.

oh okay thats fair enough.
The problem is in that case that the recording is recording the ‘wallpaper dimensions’ and not the screen dimensions.. that is the only explanation which makes sense. Because the video looks like the wallpaper isnt moving at all. So maybe the recording isnt picking up what you are saying, properly
