iPhone Wallpaper not showing up with Winterboard Theme?

Hey Guys,

so i recently Jailbroke my phone, everything works fine except wallpapers dont show up on my winterboard themes, my current wallpaper just stays the same.I have tried multiple themes, and they "user wallpaper" icon is not checked. any idea why i am doing wrong?
