iPhone Wallpaper won’t go “dark mode” after 13.1 update

Hi,
After OTA 13.1 update I noticed that the wallpaper is different and stuck on its non-dark mode version.
I tried to toggle back and forth from dark mode which didn’t change anything.

Did anyone else experience this?

How did you fix it? Tried to choose another wallpaper but nothing changed.

Toggle Settings --> Wallpaper --> Dark Appearance Dims Wallpaper to on.

Yeah. Tried to do it before. Still stuck on the non dark mode wallpaper. 🤔
