You should expect Apple to announce an iPad Pro refresh later this month.Does this mean the new one is around the corner, or will the C-V push the release back?View attachment 897625
That’s great! I’m trying to buy an 11! Hopefully the price drops.
We won't see another Apple Pencil anytime soon. It was 3 years between releases of 1st and 2nd gen. They don't update accessories that often.I'm in for a new iPad Pro 12.9. I have the original one, several years old but still runs like a champ. My late mother gave it to me for Christmas the year it came out so I can't part with it but I think I'll get the new one this go-around.
Any odds that there's Apple Pencil 3 that only works with the new models?
That’s good. From an authorized reseller? I’d buy one at a deep discount, but there aren’t any places left.I just purchased a new one today at a large discount - I know a refresh is on the way, but I'm ok with the previous model, esp for the price I got it for.
....Or it’s the coronavirus AND a new iPad.Everybody all thinking that we are getting a new iPad when it’s probably just the coronavirus messing up the supply chain
But then why would Walmart offer such a deep, inventory clearing, discount (for weeks?)Everybody all thinking that we are getting a new iPad when it’s probably just the coronavirus messing up the supply chain
On Amazon US, several iPad configurations are also out of stock (from 10.2" iPad to iPad Pro).Shipping time for iPP is 1-2 weeks from Apple in my country. iPad and iPad Air is in stock. It is possible that this is COVID-19 issue but then it only affects iPP. Possible but strange.
We've been having discounts like this for the 2018 Pros since last year. Even before Black Friday sales, it wasn't uncommon to find the Pro for $625-650.^^ If it's only supply constraints then why the blowout discounts?
