ok. I hope I didnt mess up my chances of further help with my last disaster post. lol.

My brothers are graduating this year, im making their grad party invites. I made them to 5.5 x 8.5 with the hopes of printing them 2 to a page. Well it doesnt wanna work that way. Ill place 2 of them on a 11 x 8.5 canvas and some of the image gets cut off at 100% scale. So I have to scale it down to 92.xx percent for it to fit but then I get uneven margins.

What do i need to do to print @ 100% scale?

if it helps im using photoshop CS4 and an Epson nx300 printer

Most printers don't print right to the edge, maybe that's why it's cut off when you print it at full size. I don't know if your printer prints to the edge, if it does, you have to setup your photoshop margin.

Edit: a quick google search says your printer prints to the edge. In that case, you have to go to your page setup option and setup the printer margins. It's in the Photoshop print dialog.
awesome, i just got it working. thank you.
