I am not pleased at all with the changes made to the music app on my iphone over the few years. I decided to try a third party app to see if it will work any better. I tested it out by having it play in my car sound system. It seemes to be working nicely. My question is should I delete the music app from apple or just leave it be?

Unless things have changed, deleting built-in apps doesn't actually delete them... it simply hides them. (but my knowledge on this might be obsolete)

I typically just move all of the Apple apps that I don't use to a folder on the "far right page". This way they're out of the way and won't accidentally tap it, but is there if for some odd reason I want to launch it.

If you delete the Music.app, it'll delete your library. There was a few updates in the early iOS 12 cycle where it'd leave it be, but the message has been appearing again so I guess they went back on that idea. :/

Is there a way to remove all of my music library from iTunes, then use a third-party app to install my music library back onto my iphone? If so, has anyone tried this?
