Hi guys,
Im running a old MacBook Air which the battery is broken as a server with an external hard drive for time machine, print server etc.
I was wondering if its possible to put music onto my MacBook Pro (256GB) via iTunes which also duplicates it onto my server for streaming around the house etc as I have a few airport express's dotted around in various rooms.
Im not always at home but it would be nice to have all the music on the server and my MacBook for when I'm away but my girlfriend can stream stuff from the server. I don't fancy having to copy files to the server each time but I think thats the only way?
Also, my grandma lives in a section of the house and she loves her classical music etc. Is it possible to separate the library into two sections? One for my grandma and one for my girlfriend and I?
Many thanks.
