Want to Extend a CenturyLink ActionTec C3000A with an Apple AirPort

Seems straightforward in the AirPort software, there is a dropdown for "Extend" and then login and password for the existing WiFi network, but still errors out at the last moment when doing the setup. Is there something special I'm missing?

I'm unsure what the Jubo Frame is but there is no mention of it on the Router.

How old is router? I ask because until about 3 years ago did mass routers started accepting jumbo Fames (1500MB bits in frame) to make up an IP! That means if your router is more than 3 years or older it probably won't do jumbo frames!

Ah, not sure of the age but I bet it is older than 3 years. I'm just gonna outright replace it.

Just wait a little while until the Spring release of the Synology Rt6600ax! that would be our best bet as replacement for Airport!
