Want to network 17" Macbook Pro, 2 24" iMac to Epson R2000 and Epson R3880

I want to network these on location w/o internet access. At home I was able to get all 3 macs and the Epson Printer R2000 work wirelessly. The Epson R3880 printer is not wireless. What is the best way to get all these working on maximum speed?

Get an extreme it has 3 1Ghz utp ports as well faster wifi connection up to 450 Mbs

Airport Express or any wireless Print Server will work. The APX is rather easy to setup and install just make sure that your printer is compatible.
