Want to upgrade 16gb iPad via Apple Store - Will they allow this?

Hey gang, I ended up ordering a 16gb 3G from Newegg but now they have a 32gb in stock at my apple store. Do you know if Apple will allow me to take the unopened item in and upgrade at their store or do I have to send back to ole' Newegg? Thanks in advance for any info on this.

Def not. You will need to return it to new egg and then repurchase it at apple. But if you opened it,you may need to pay a restocking fee.

try going to a target or something along the lines like that. If its unopened, they usually let you take the store credit, and then just apply it to a 32gb.
