The most reliable vendors are Datamem.com, OWC (macsales.com) and Crucial.

You can get good deals buying Crucial RAM through NewEgg, but NewEgg does not
guarantee Apple compatibilty.

what I did is looked up the memory on the crucial website and found the same memory on mwave for less $.
