Want to use Speech to Text on Mac Mini ?

I have a M2 Mac Mini and I have hooked it up with a Dell Monitor. If I want to use Speech to Text to do all the typing. Like you have on the iPad and the iPhone. What would I need to do ? My Monitor does not have a Mic not a speaker.

I would think any microphone would work with your Mac mini.
