I send Apple some feedback on AM and its playlists. One of the great features on Spotify (yes I still have an account there) is searching for playlists from among the community. Don't get me wrong I LOVE Apple's curated playlists but on Spotify I find so many new songs from other's playlists who have similar likes in music.

What do you all think? Is this a feature you would like to see in a future release?

Not quite there as far as community playlists, but have you checked out the curator playlists? There are quite a few non-Apple playlists in this category with a wide variety of song offerings.

Easiest is in iTunes

Thanks. Unfortunately the smooth jazz genre is not represented there. Besides it really doesn't compare to Spotify. But then Spotify doesn't have many of the tracks that AM has. Hopefully as time goes by AM will mature and add this type of feature.

I went back to Spotify to rebuild playlists to match what I have on AM but there are many missing songs. I've decided to stay with Apple and will cancel Spotify when the next billing cycle occurs. Come on Apple, give us an option to make playlists public.

forget about discovering new stuff with apple music. you will listen to what the labels want you to listen to.

the only reason why apple music has human curated playlists is so apple can take money from music labels who want to control your listening habits as always by putting their content in there.

it's a win win situation for apple and the labels and it's marketed as a feature.

Well then if Apple doesn't innovate with their service many will drop it in the future.

no innovation needed. it's all about selling music in the digital era.

apple is excellent at business deals, marketing, exclusives, infrastructure, payment., modern cool image...etc.
