As the title says, I am looking to develop a lengthy, professional-looking online form (think job application) using Perl scripts. I have tinkered with such a form before, but as I am not a professional web developer, I have forgotten what I learned. I am looking for a good book that will refresh my memory and serve as a reference to help me build new ideas.
