wanting to complain to apple

hello,

i am wanting to complain about apple and was wondering if anyone has a email address for them ?

i can be more stern in a email than i can on the phone, i just shout on the phone so emailing is the better option.

I hope you mean Tim Cook. After all, Steve Jobs certainly does not read his email anymore.

OP, if you have a serious concern you can email tcook@apple.com. It won't be answered by Tim Cook himself in most cases, but a member of the Executive Team, which is designed to respond to serious concerns (repairs that are being refused by retail/service management, etc). Don't do it unless there's a good reason, however.
