I just picked up warcraft 3 and a few friends and myself wanted to try it out on a team. However, i try to arrange a team and invite my friends, and it says its unable to do it. It says the invitation was accepted, but either my computer or my friends is not allowing it to connect, thus not allowing us to make a team.
I turned off my firewall, as did he. What do i have to do?
Thank you very much.
And please keep all the 'noob' comments alone.

If any of you/your friends are using a router, you might have to set it to allow data in/out of port.... 6### something, you'd have to check blizzard's site for the exact number. There's some special port(s) battle.net uses that I had to allow on my router, regardless of whether or not the firewall was turned on.

6112 is the port, and I have trouble with it even after forwarding, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt
