warcraft 3 TFT laucher problem

Hi

i got problem with warcraft 3 TFT first i could not start maps so i tryed to reinstall it. but when I installed it i could not start it it just crashed so i downloaded the full patch and patched and now i cant start TFT but i can start warcraft 3

i have reinstalled it 2 times, done a permission repair and removed preference files
