How do i minimize and play these games in a window on my mac?

Command + M will bring it to windowed mode for you. i don't believe you can minimize it from the fullscreen.

Thank you, I have had this Mac for almost 2 years and I haven't really explored its capabilities.

you can have your screen calibrated so when you move the cursor to a particular corner all the screens that are open minimize to reveal the desktop. the only drawback is you cannot hit your dashboard while you use this function so it's really a useless minimizer.
