Warcraft III Help

So I have Warcraft III and I use the wireless bluetooth mouse and keyboard. I cannot figure out how to pick up an item after a hero kills something. There is no 'right click' on the mouse... so how do you pick up items with a MAC?

Is this the mighty mouse? If so it does have a right-click. If you have a finger resting (even just lightly) on the left half of the mouse and click it will be a left-click. Lift your finger(s) off the left half of the mouse and press down with fingers only on the right-hand side to perform a right-click.

Also, I think it's Command-Leftclick works for a right-click in Warcraft.
