Blackbook, 2.4 ghz, 2 gb RAM(will upgrade to 4gb soon), 250 gb hd. will it be good enough to run warcraft III on bootcamp? parellel? VM?

its the only game i play (DOTA!!!!), since i'm not a serious gamer. shall i wait for the montevina and will it run smoothly?

has anyone had any problems with warcraft III?

thanks

All Blizzard games can be run inside OSX including Warcraft 3. If you want to use bootcamp it will also run fine. Not sure about parallels or vmware though.

I play WarCraft III: The Frozen Throne a lot on my 2.2GHz MacBook and it works fine because it's such an old game.

I tend to get about 40 fps most of the time, but it can drop to 10-20 in the middle of a big fight.

There were a few issues with the sound on Leopard, but the latest patch a couple of weeks ago fixed it.

I had a problem installing a fresh copy onto a the newer intel-based models, but I found the best way to install it with out running through loops.

Instead of typing it all out here I'll just link it to you guys here.
