Warning*Remote Host ID has Changed-HELP!

I installed Kate and it totally screwed my iPhone. I had to fix it and re-jailbreak. Now Customize will not work AT ALL! I'm trying some fixes that involve SSH'ing but when I try and connect I get an error message on my computer saying *WARNING* REMOTE HOST IDENTIFICATION HAS CHANGED. And it will not let me connect. WTF? Yes, I have BSD and OpenSSH installed. Please help. Thanks.

Need to delete the following file on your mac /Users/username/.ssh/known_hosts.

FYI searching the error message brings up quite a few results

Are you on a Mac?

Click on your user folder and hit CMD + Shift + G.

Type .ssh

Delete the known_hosts file.

When you try to SSH into your phone it will ask for authentication.
