So I bought my iMac back in May with no warranty and it's been running great, but after reading through the forums for the last few days, I'm starting get a little worried about not having purchased a warranty back then.

Should I go ahead and purchase the Apple Care Plan? Are you all happy with the service you have gotten with this warranty?

Any input would be greatly appreciated!
Joe

IMO you need to get AppleCare. The service is good, and you get peace of mind. Besides, Apple really overcharges for parts so if something like your display goes kaput out of warranty, you are pretty much screwed. Take a look at this article on AppleCare.

I would however highly suggest you look at eBay for some good deals. You will end up paying less than 50% of what Apple charges for the same thing.
