I own a Macbook Pro 2.0 CD with 2GB of RAM that I purchased earlier in the year. The keyboard I am very unsatisfied with as 4 keys have already popped off and I need to get the keyboard replaced. I would just replace the keys but the rubber piece underneath two of the keys came off. The only problem is that I got a blank CD stuck a while back so I took the case off because all of the "methods" wouldn't work. Fortunately the CD came out when i tilted the laptop and I did not have to take apart the optical drive. None of the warranty stickers were tampered with in the process but I do have ONE screw missing. So I guess what I am trying to ask is... would Apple cover it under the warranty or do I have to pay the $195 from macservice.com?

thanks
