So, I went to my local Apple dealer and asked what sleeve he'd recommend for the Macbook. He showed me a 14" Booq bag and told me it was the best choice going. This one:

He also gave me a "good deal" at $50cdn for a demo model ("save $25!), later found out the regular price is $60cdn. Oh well.

Is this a good choice?

I have a sleeve from BooqBags and I love it. Top quality stuff, IMO. I don't think you'll be dissatisfied in the least. Just make sure it's got enough room for everything you need to bring along with you. :)

I've got a powersleeve for my powerbook, and all I can say is I love the thing; the build quality on it is top notch. And it may be a 17" powerbook, but with only that sleeve, it sure doesn't seem like it.
