Washout colors after HDR enable for external display

I recently switched to new 4K monitor with HDR and find out, that I can enable it. However after I enabled HDR, screen has weird colors, like washout or in the mist.
HDR content has great colors, but all other content doesn't.

Is this normal? Can be this fixed somehow?

That's your external monitor problem. Anything rated HDR400 HDR600 nits is fake HDR and you need 1000nits monitor to be real close to HDR. That cost over $2000.

If it's on 12.2 . I think there is a bug about that. I've seen a few people reporting the same thing after 12.2
