Watch 3 GM

Woth today's 10 GM, can I install the Watch 3.0 GM? I have 10 on my iPhone, I install the Watch beta profile, it restarts the Watch, but I check for updates and it says I'm running the latest. 2.2.2 or something.

watchOS 3 isn't coming out to the public until the 13th. There is no public beta profile for the watch. It says it installs one but it doesn't actually install a beta profile. You need the developer profile for watchOS betas.
