Watch 5.0.1 error with steps

I have upgraded to Watch 5.0.1 and all but my breathe ring have stopped working, had the watch on all day and have done thousands of steps but still reads zero, any ideas anyone

Try rebooting the watch. Press both buttons until you see the Apple logo.
